What is the REAP Admission Process?

REAP is the online counselling system to get admission into Engineering (B.Tech) and Architecture (B.Arch) colleges in Rajasthan. It is based on merit (your rank/marks), not a new exam.

Who is the conducting body for REAP 2026?

It is organized by CEG Rajasthan (Centre for Electronic Governance).

Is there a separate entrance exam for REAP?

No. REAP does not have its own exam. You get admission based on:

  • JEE Main Rank (Best chance)
  • Class 12th %
  • Diploma %
What is the eligibility for B.Tech admissions?
  • Passed 12th with Physics & Math.
  • Min 45% Marks (40% for SC/ST/OBC/MBC/PWD of Rajasthan).
  • Age: Born on or after Oct 1, 2001 (approx).
How can I get admission into B.Arch?
  • 12th with Math (50% marks) OR Diploma (50% marks).
  • Valid NATA Score is compulsory.
What is the REAP 2026 Application Fee?

Approx Rs. 700 - 1000. You pay online. It is non-refundable.

What are the tentative dates for REAP 2026?

Official dates are not out yet, but usually:

  • Registration: May/June 2026
  • Choice Filling: July 2026
  • Seat Allotment: Late July 2026
How does the Seat Allotment process work?

The computer gives you a seat based on:

  1. Your Rank (JEE/12th).
  2. Your Choices (Order of colleges you filled).
  3. Seat Availability in your category.
Is there a reservation for Rajasthan candidates?

Yes.

  • Private Colleges: 85% seats for Rajasthan students.
  • Govt Colleges: 100% seats for Rajasthan students (mostly).
Which documents are required for reporting?

You need original and copies of:

  • Aadhar Card
  • 10th & 12th Marksheets
  • JEE Main Scorecard
  • Domicile Certificate (Mul Niwas)
  • Category Certificate (SC/ST/OBC etc)
  • Income Certificate (if needed)
  • Medical Fitness
Tips for Choice Filling?

Put your dream colleges at the top, even if your rank is low. Fill many choices to be safe. Lock your choices before the last date.

What is Upward Movement?

If you get a college in Round 1 but want a better one from your list, apply for Upward Movement. If a seat opens up above, you get upgraded. If not, your old seat stays safe.

Can Outside Rajasthan students apply?

Yes. 15% of seats in private engineering colleges are reserved for students from other states (based on JEE Main).
